The WPA was founded in 2009 in a small New England town consisting of a small band of like-minded folks who had a common goal. The group has had many faces over the years and has moved to several states. Now at home in Upstate South Carolina, The WPA has shifted its methodology to techniques more in line with forensic science while embracing experimentation.
